The company they are acquiring makes parts for EV energy management. So with everything else going on they really think that it is a good time to get into a new business? Talk about fools that have no idea of their own capabilities.

@jat+1t5o0s5a. Intel mostly likely will run any company it buys to the ground. Can you show one case that buying a competitor actually worked ?
Since this is a recipe that seems to work, why don't we try to buy the competitors we can afford since we cannot eliminate them by competing? :) :) :)
