ruh roh reorg structure announced this morning for UOP. wonder how this is going to affect things by end of this yr.
@ipdf+1t73oaI6 Sounds like IA, they fired all the people doing the work and kept the incompetent managers.
@eqpa+1t73oaI6 We don't need more managers. We NEED more individual contributors. Managers manage resources (individual contributors), which are very slim right now.
@eqpa+1t73oaI6 we've been told to be patient for a year. We're still down 6 people. people are frustrated and leaving because HR is taking too long to get these roles filled. the people left are stuck and overloaded/burnt out. How about Honeywell HR/management take on some of our workload to know what it really means to be burnt out? they have no idea.
@eqpa+1t73oaI6. They sure are trying for operation too but the DEI stuff not working out shrugs
UOP is in a high hiring period. They are hiring many managers to correct and reverse the path of the company. Be patient and they’ll turn this around. Don’t leave.
@6ewj+1t73oaI6 Please press 1 for English if not you be forward to India engineering good luck trying see how they want to run their plant or understand them LMAO
Uummmmm - nope. News about as reliable as UOP engineering.
Again Honeywell sure messed up UOP good culture. Sure miss the old days when weren't divided.
Why 06/20-06/21? Havent heard anything, but wouldnt be surprised. When in doubt, kick them out (between moves from do to rosemont).
