For those who work in tech chat, you may have noticed the little pencil icon that you can click. It rephrases your words to be more "concise." It's a convenient feature at face value until you consider the fact that you're effectively training Verizon's AI how to respond to customers. That's exactly how AI learns. Don't assist Verizon in training your AI replacement. Stick to your own hand typed messages and scripts.

AI is going to be disastrous for most corporations. It has been overhyped like 5G. And the 5G hype started over ten years ago and still not fully functional. I also do not forget that 5G is the "game changer", what a joke.
Corporations believe they are reducing headcount and AI will handle it. Even if corporations gain some positives from AI, VZ will search long and hard for ways to sc--w it up, just like everything they have touched.
Ever notice when the downturn started? The over payment of VOD partnership interest by $50BN, followed by the 2018 exodus of knowledge and replaced by those that work 8:00 to 5:00, one hour off for lunch, one hour off for gym, and half an hour off to stand in the afternoon Starbucks line.
It's as big a joke as VZ being the first wireless operator to connect via 5G.

It's a reality but why speed up the process by training their AI?
