LB (Bob's Co) issues a mass layoff in November of 2025 but frames it so that it would look like Insperity was doing the layoffs.

Did today hit usa staff only? Does anyone have a total job cut number today for employee jobs? Please don't guess. Reply only if you know.

not surprised if the butchers try to lower pay even before 1 year

No, they did not promise anyone jobs for one year. It was a just a promise that if you have a job, the pay cannot be lowered below your AT&T pay.

We were promised that our jobs would be safe for at least the next year. What a fu--ing lie.

Layoffs were announced today. Entire teams are gone. What a joke. The AT&T Leadership....oops.... I mean those that they put in "leadership" positions had no business being in a "Cyber-leadership". Some had no degrees and little to no experience in Cyber. In their past AT&T lives they sold internet. I wish all of my colleagues the best of luck on their new endeavors.

Cmo gone Tuesday. Prez gone too. Many, many others also. Big bob going to cut many heads on his way to some profits. Movie suggestion for you which helps frame this tuesdays planned event: the texas chainsaw massacre. Starring big Bob and a very big cast of victims. Hopefully some compassion will at least be shown in the job ki-ling field.

I would put my money on the CMO , Jill Sanders getting let go. I work for her and she is the the d-mbest person I have met. She was part of Danessa's nepotistic circle.

Unfortunate reality - private equity is not your friend. They are here to cut they way to profitability.

My plan b? Find another job soon at hopefully decent pay, in order to eat, have a roof over my head, and have medical insurance. That's it.

“ No one actually works for LevelBlue!”

The exclamation point from this poster say everything you need to know about the future of LevelBlue workers and their comfort level. You can continue to deny your heave ho but it’s real folks, better scurry.

No one actually works for LevelBlue!

Everyone is still an AT&T employee and will be for the foreseeable future.

Many will never make it long enough to officially change their workplace on LinkedIn.

I see people in LinkedIn that work at LevelBlue make it less than obvious they do. In fact most still have AT&T Cybersecurity rather than LevelBlue. That should tell you everything you need to know how confident they are in their company. It’s all down hill from here.

Level blue cuts will be deep ...40-65%...take the money and run...hard to imagine what the go forward team will be feeling. A lot of good people an talent there,,,,,sadly another example of Chow, Katibeh, Randall and Stankey not capitalizing on one of the biggest markets in the world!!!!! At one point T was a Top 2-3 MSSP....sad

About 40% of blue employees to be fired this Tuesday. Including some big dogs. About that same % of contractors cut this week already. Does this really surprise anyone? You'll get severance and cobra will bite ya hard. May the odds be ever in your favor. Going to be cherry picked for just the really juicy parts, and the rest trashed. In 1 year will have 70% of the revenue as before the sale, 50% of the people as last week, and more profits to drain. Private equity, bitttcheeez!

This going to be very interesting, some of our fearless leaders are leaving. They weren’t expecting it, they thought they would be building the world’s best cyber company. But they won’t be, at least not here.

The one who are cut are probably the lucky ones. At least they walk with some pennies in their pocket. The rest will get pushed out later with nothing.

AT&T training...are you kidding me? I haven't had any kind of training from this company in 15 years! I'd be lucky to get hired in the mail room of any fortune 500 company with my obsolete degree and knowledge from T!

Any confirmations (by upvotes) that we are getting packages based off of years of service, i.e. those who have 13+ years get 80% of 6 months OTE?

There were several layoffs last week. More this week and next. Plan B? A lot of companies love to hire former AT&T employees because of their training and experience. I've heard there is life after AT&T.
