Company has downsized from 281k to approximately 138k employees since 2019.

Not entirely accurate. A lot of head count went with assets that were sold. At the same time, I do agree, a lot of people have been let go.

Wash rinse, repeat.

Trying to follow the logic of the company trolls; Getting rid of dead weight, no skills, company didn’t need you anyways, goodbye Felicia, you are the problem, etc…

  • Company has downsized from 281k to approximately 138k employees since 2019.

Following company trolls logic:

  1. Over hired by 150k employees
  2. Purchased too many companies
  3. Purchased or leased too many properties
  4. Offered great benefits for too long, needed to reduce or eliminate
  5. Lowered dividends, too high
  6. Relocation plan to live your destination and collaboration (layoffs)
  7. Don’t believe your lying eyes or ears
  8. Not growing the business because employees didn’t execute the plan

It couldn’t have been because of incompetent leadership, NO, it’s the employees fault! 🤣😂🤮

T is run like a apocalyptic cult where evil Stanley ordered his followers to join him in Dallas. Once they uproot their lives and move there they will be ordered to drink poisoned cool aid.

I decided to find a better paying job and career while collect a severance, leaving you with untold amounts of old technology work and batsh1t crazy leadership. Enjoy your future 😁

It’s not a layoff, it’s a preservation of the powerless and weak

It’s not a layoff. This is a removal of dead weight.

Watch toxic T getting rid ot thousands of managers in the 2nd half of this year. I hope there will be a class action lawsuit in the nearest future and T will have to pay hefty price.
