Covers neaely all situations asked about on this board lately.
If I not eligible and I get riffed between X do I get it?
If I’m eligible and I don’t volunteer and I get riffed do I get it?
If I’m eligible and volunteer but am denied then riffed between X do I get it?

90% of these posts must be from people trying make a blog post or who don’t work hwre anymore because no one possibly could miss that if they had access to the FAQ or read all the previous posts asking the same question. Maybe it is AI trying to learn?

If you volunteer and end up getting riffed, get an attorney. I opted for VSP in 2008 and was declined then 3 months later our group was sold to India. VZ settled with me out of court for a larger amount than the VSP.
