Here we go again with some "expert" trying to place blame on the 1st line workers...all we do is follow the processes and rules laid out by the SLT!
Guess it's 1st line workers fault for the "oppression" hiring tactics for the last 40 years and now the cultural shift and open discrimination that is occurring now...let's not even get to the EEO corporate push in the 80's and 90's!
Folks, we are all just "numbers only" anymore on some "financiers" spread sheet, there is NO loyalty or job security anymore....the smart workers have figured this out long ago!!
Now, all these "experts" are unable to figure out how to control the uncontrolled mess they have created...I just have to work next to the warm body they hired to fill that seat; I do not have to train and transform culturally to achieve this!
Last thing, just think back and tell me what happens when you force a human to do something...so full force to AI rollout we go!! AI is taking the place of the paper pushers, not the "physical" workers unless it is repetitive production work. IF, you are in a paper pusher role anywhere, your time is extremely limited in the corporate world...good luck to all in the future

hahaha what? I couldn’t care less about shareholder value. Investors in T are stupid. Let the dying cow be carved up and served, who cares? Martyrdom for T doesn’t exist. Why are you trying to be one? 🤡 🖕

I am left in June and working through thier training and loving it. Over 10 years spent working and producing to be told peace out..
