Can’t handle our volume is the biggest crock of sh-t anyone can say. Stores would do just fine if they had to pack out our stuff it would just come on their regular grocery trucks so it would be spread out. I would say our stuff coming off their trucks would only be maybe 1 extra pallet per truck maybe not even. Besides I’m pretty sure our sales dipped tremendously.

To pay off my debts first and then start applying for a new job or both. Either way, these options are enticing enough to make that sense of urgency to finally get out of this dump sooner than later.

I hate when people say stores can't handle our volume lol. We literally ship in 4-6 pallets a week to most stores while the stores are stock hundreds of pallets a week. Surely they can handle a few more.

Mondelez is certainly NOT too big to go warehouse, that’s a joke! Who told you that, your DM? To make you feel secure? OMG what a joke! The majority of sales aren’t done in the US, yet the only country that is DSD. 🤔. Explain that one! Quit trying to convince yourself things, get a life!

I quit and started my new job a week before mission 1 started. It was a little rocky as a I made a few bucks less an hour, but a year and a half later I'm making more now and my quality of life is better. If you want the change, make it. Don't wish people on here will make it for you. Only you can determine your future.

Yes! An exit strategy is the only work related joy I have, a plan to get out of the toxic work place Mondelez has become. Every single senior sales rep on our team has left, very telling! Most for less money. It’s bad and only gonna get worse. Just amazed at what this company has become!

I’m a rep and just thought of taking a janitorial job i saw posted for 18$ an hour third shift. After company car deduction, it’s not much less, and no people to have to deal with, no Walmart managers, no DM up my a-s….. no sales number to hit, just mopping floors and taking it trash sounds like heaven compared to this job.

As long as your able to get by financially or if you have to pick up an extra gig but your ok with it than I wouldn’t say it’s a bad idea. I felt the same way I was a FTOW and I hated it. The job made me miserable I was happier as a part timers working close to full time like hours ultimately a no benefits full timer. But yeah before mission 1 I was that because they were too cheap to make me full time because they ran the business with mostly part timers and the full timers served as a second in command to the sales rep. Than they had the sales reps with the A B and C stores and the FTOW wrote the D stores. And than mission 1 came and they finally made me full time problem is the job su-ked and almost made me hate my life. I’m still recovering from all the pressure that this job brought on. My new full time job pays less than what I made and seems a little mundane but I think once I get to know people better I’ll end up liking it but I’ll take mundane over burnt out any day. It su-ks because as a FTOW I made the most I’ve ever made in my life yet it ended up being the worst job I ever had. They just had to ruin it by making it the way it is. So yeah if you have a good exit strategy go for it. It’ll feel better not having to deal with the agony this job brings.
