Then they actually have to listen to what the TS say. Not seeing that yet.
They don’t like the answers.they preferred the Wild West where specs didn’t matter.

I cannot say for mechanical/hardware areas of the company, but Model e and software has benefitted significantly with the growing of Technical Expert/Specialist ranks. Its exciting!

If you don't waste resources on mech and hardware there will be recalls.

If you do waste resources on mech and hardware there will be recalls.

There will be recalls.

Recalls and bad quality are a waste of resources.

TS are useless, daddy's girl or Mommy's boy are the only ones promoted

We should be increasing TE's mostly in Model e and other software areas. Why waste resources on mechanical or hardware.

Hiring TS’s? Farley fired half of them between 2021 and 2023 and at least 75% in powertrain.

It is DEI that has built everything back better.

TS are usually promoted internally. They are usually the first batch of management to go in the last few rounds of layoffs from my observation.

In which departments were TSs hired? From my own experience, TSs are Ford employees being promoted, whether because they talk too much (95% non- sense) giving the impression to more ignorant SVs that they are competent or because they are the buddies of some managers, as they were there for a long time and have connections. Quality is crying in the corner...
