Pretty sad considering Broadcom has long had the reputation of buying things and then ki-ling off R&D to milk existing products but I guess they did enough to have leading edge tech.

I mean duh? Altman has openly said he wants to build fabs in the US so he obviously views Intel as a competitor, not a partner.
