They gonna replace everyone. WFH has made it easier for them to offshore everyone and now with AI becoming a factor. I would start looking for another job if you work for a call center. You all should’ve RTO and you won’t haven’t this bad.
They only care about what you can do for them to advance their careers and agenda. They don't care if it's you, someone offshore, or AI - you are replaceable.
