Depends on where you ranked in previous years.

It’s different every year. I got 11% for excellent two years ago and then got 10% for outstanding last year.

@2omy+1tDQXCem This comment is more mean than the boomer who told me to go jump off a bridge and that my mom doesn’t love me.

15-20% based on your CL and where you are on the curve. XOM raises will be good this year to stem the talent going to other companies that are paying higher base, better 401k match, and bonuses.

You can try and bury the truth but it will always find you. In the real world ranking will not protect you.

No one is interested in your ranking, actually thinking about it no one is interested in you. Phyuck off back to your desk and work on a PowerPoint.

I was excellent last year and got 7%. But think I was on the lower end of the salary band for my CL and age.

Ranked excellent? You must be in BTC. Good for you.

It will depend on where you are on the salary curve. If you recently got promoted and were last year a VG or below I would guess around the 5%+ range. If you haven’t not been promoted in a while, were outstanding last year I wouldn’t be guessing in the 2% to 3% range.
