Additional VSPs/RIFs?? Anyone in the know??

With the average to below average results for Q2, anyone know anyone in HR or up the chain if now the VSP approval/denial will be high enough where the approval will be higher then first anticipated or will there still be additional RIFs outside of VSP and what departments??

I thought VSP wasn’t offered to BCG.

The VSP rate depends on the area. In my GTS team, thanks to our witchy AVP, the rate is close to 50% and she wears that with pride. Our ever honest HR shared the report with the leaders over the weekend even though they were not supposed to until end of this week. Yup. Trust everything that HR says. NOT.

It's sad that VZ has come to this.... doing well, but not well enough. Expecting people to take a VSP in a very questionable job market....

I spoke with HRBP who told me confidentally that the VSP rate was lower than expected. She said to expect a very significant RIF in November.

The rate can’t be higher than 100% since you can’t count employees twice with two or more roles unlike customers second lines on the same phone. .

Do you think history is starting to repeat itself with false numbers.
