I was given fake reviews by my boss. They fired me after that. I have recorded their misconduct and many violations. I have a case for labor agency.

CYA and document everything in a chronological log.
This has happened to me, too, at a different company. It was nasty, but I could back up the false accusations with documents and emails. Keep everything even if you don't think it could happen to you. Trust nobody.
