Anyone that could let know about the base salary ranges for LL4 and LL3 levels at Ford ? Bonus ranges too.

How about LL6 for Canadian employees?
LL4 is $80,000
LL 3 is around $160,000
way more than we make, right? no wonder those guys do whatever is necessary to get to those levels.
Money wasted on those useless layers of the cake.
