Reviews are just a cover for crude layoffs selection. Days of being hard working, dedicated, skilled, experienced, and reliable meaning anything are long gone. These days being good at your job can easily be a disadvantage. Don’t take it personally. Treat WF the way it treats you. Do your job with no extra effort, think always about your personal interest and needs, and always be on the lookout for other opportunities.

Sigh. It doesn’t matter what your rating is. You are either on the layoff list or not. A poor rating may make it happen earlier.
