Does Not Meet is what she should get. She won't, and most of us will be "meets".
Issues with stabiltiy, releases. Cloud is a cluster f. Private cloud a cluster F. New DC is going to be a cluster F.
'does not meet' is not a WF rating, do you mean "needs improvement"?
In any event, the only metric she is rated on is how many tech workers she has offshored. With that in mind, Shart probably rates her as 'exceeds'. In his mind it doesn't matter if tech falls apart, so long as it falls apart OVER THERE.
Depends on who you want to rate it. From technology perspective she gets a Does not meets. She allows people like RK bring on people who are clueless to the banking industry and have read too many self help books. They have ruined tech and the kicker is they get to be in a non hub location!
