Once the process has started it is unstoppable. There is not a start/stop component. The rest of our careers if we continue to stay will be filled with uncertainty. Layoffs, RIF’s, furloughs, outsourcing, offshoring will be our constant companions. Senior management will be in the same position, so they’ll spend their time covering their behinds. We are soon to be on our own. This whole thing is a finely staged play right out of the corporate playbook. Nothing is left to chance. They’ll slowly gut the company, while trying not to lose the hearts and minds of the employees, until we’re no longer needed, maybe you’ll be the one to turn the lights out. That’s how it works.
Absolutely! In retail, the key is to finding a slow store with bad performers. I’m the only one that hits 200%+ to quota . If everyone else su-ks , it keeps my store quota low, so I’m able to capitalize every….single…..month 💰 💴
Paycheck. Better benefits than many companies. A job on the resume so when you apply for a job it looks good as long as you don’t stay too long.
This is the extension of highschool with all the bullies in management its a joke do yourself the favor and pass trust me I tell my kids all the time you don't want to end up like daddy making another ceo richer than richie. While I'm busting my hump he's jetskiing on company time.

Thanks for making my point! Why is everybody boo hooing about working here? All I read is whine, whine, whine, then the previous poster makes it sound like a great gig. So what is it? A moment of gratitude or a box of tissues?
