It is important that we all remain focused and continue to put in our best efforts during these times of uncertainty. I remember when the Aug 2022 SIRP news leaked and people started panicking. Work stopped getting done. Mr. Farley said, rightfully so, that this was a distraction and people needed to stay focused on their deliverables. Ford employees need to stay focused on their deliverables now more than ever.
Voluntary packages being offered by Stallantis. Maybe Ford will follow?

Model e organization is safe. As will be software and services. No company has reductions while in growth mode in their most important areas of the company.
The most likely next date would be the week of August 19. This coincides with PR feedback which runs through September. Yes, I know in the past PRs haven't been a part of the equation, but similar to GM, I think they'll use the PR process to avoid lawsuits. If nothing happens at the end of August (or late September) , then maybe we're all safe until April 2025.
