St. Louis city tax refund question

For those terminated St Louis employees, does anyone have any insight on how to get a manager signature for the refund paperwork? There seems to be silence on this topic. I’m wondering if Wells Fargo simply doesn’t want terminated employees to receive these refunds? Any input would be appreciated!

I don’t know if it will do any good but I am going to try and see if the employment verification number can help me

Ah, sounds like someone from NY.

I would say the bigger problem is almost nobody lives in the city, maybe 5-10%, but we all suffer this tax and commute.

The much larger issue as I see it, is at the end of the day, you're still in St. Louis

Maybe ask your old manager to sign?

I think it's a stretch to say Wells doesn't want you to get the refund. They have zero skin in the game.

I'm actually shocked they've investigated the issue themselves and formally announced with links, etc
