When are presence reports changing?

Does anyone know when the reports will change and what exactly it will capture?

“ Any way to watch this leaked video?”

They ‘restricted’ it shortly after the initial leak.

It’s going to track how long your bathroom stall time is and how many key strokes you do per hour minus mouse jiggling time.

The latest video was released mid July, has the new reports, Jay goes over it and you can see the ‘compliance’ percent is WAAAAYYY down (~45%) average days in office for the entire company is ~2.4 a week.

No new time tracking features, whoever says there are is definitely butt hurt T stock holders who have lost tons of money and think RTO is the answer to all problems. They’re lying.

T literally refuses to pay for good talent so these all get leaked constantly. Total incompetence, a joke. Jay even says in the video that lots of locations have no badge readers at all and they don’t want to pay for them so the reports aren’t accurate. Looks like they also removed the ability for managers to view detailed data on particular employees.

Far too many employees not meeting compliance for them to go after everyone. T doesn’t have the money to properly track, they won’t install the cameras, tools, or go through the trouble and I don’t even think it’s legal to time track salaried employees.

Best part was, Jay was making this video from his house it appeared, he was even working from home.
Hilarious.

Keep up the good work Stankey.

The only money they’re willing to spend on this is having that poor Jay guy keep tweaking the PowerBi - he’s now the most hated person at the company besides Stankey.

Poor guy, his training video was awful, he stumbled through the part about “56% compliance” then if you look at the week prior it’s 40%…hahahahahaha.

Can it go much lower? Probably what’re they gonna do when it’s 20%, 5%? Fire everyone?

Glad to see these numbers plummet.

People just don’t give a fu-k anymore, they fu---d us all around laid people off declared RTO fired so many of our friends, they can su-k it. Let their network fall apart, let hackers get the data, I could care less. I hold 0 T stock it’s nothing but a paycheck to me.
Fu-k these executives.

“Starting in South Akard next month, they’ll be trying a new shoppertrack camera system that will allow HR to capture facial recognition to enter and exit. This will replace swipes. Those with religious or personal deference are able to swipe with a guard. Applies to level 2 and below.”

Sounds like it costs money, very unlikely.
Also funny how L3 and above are exempt.

Townes team fired 8 last week since they weren’t at the assigned RTO

They can't do anything to improve the accuracy of the presence reporting without spending money. More card swipe security, more monitoring software, it all costs money and lots of it. That defeats the purpose of trying to get people to quit to save money. They have the data they have, it is not changing. The most you will see is some way of improving accuracy for people reporting to non-card swipe locations, which is an ongoing problem. Those changes will be nothing more than database query tweaks on the PowerBI deck, which does not cost anything.

Swipe your badge, log in your computer and then hit Costco.

There’s a training video that leaked, there’s no time tracking people who are saying so are lying.

It’s still just looking at wifi and lan to help mark you as ‘badged’ if you just scan your badge, you’re good.

Also, only 56% of employees are complying with 3 days a week, down from 80% when this nonsense first started.

Also found out you can scan on Saturdays.
Week ‘starts’ Sunday so if you’re a day short - swing by on Saturday badge and leave.
:)

They gonna fire half of us? No.

Su-k it Stankey.

When they are more worried about how long you are in the office than corporate security…

The “more than 8 hours” piece is total BS.

I'm assuming what they mean is that you have to hit the minimum eight for the system to count you at a full day. So once you are at 8 hours and 1 minute (or one second), you're good.

I really hope that's not the case though...But at this point nothing would surprise me with this train wreck.

They are changing this week. You may have noticed errors in last week’s reporting due to a bug in an update which was made. Now you will not be counted for a day in the office unless you are there for over 8 hours. The T police are always watching waiting for a reason to lay you off.

That should be interesting at the many buildings where you swipe in once and don't swipe to leave. And where the wifi options they don't get data for are the only ones available.
