If by transform you mean offshore… yes they will do that, just like they gutted BNY.
All Schart's decision did was prolong the chaos as BD brings in her old cronies at higher salaries, who do the same down the org levels....all while continuing or accelerating India outsourcing.
And make no mistake, TK got fired. This position is a parking lot while she finds something else over the next 6-9 months. There's no way BD is going to have her predecessor as part of her LT, particularly since women (ugly truth incoming) rarely work well together.
Really disappointing to read all the misogynistic comments on here about two female executives in 2024. Focus on performance and track record, good or bad - but the cr-p about age, looks and other things is just so gross.
As for Bridget, she transformed BNY in the exact same way that needs to happen for Wells. Charlie was smart to pick the person who knows exactly what it will take to get the house in order.
What im reading here is crazy. Bridget completely transformed BNY from old non standard tech to modern compliant systems with proper monitoring and a team of smart leaders. She built a command center that bny still shows off to clients to impress them with the apparatus. She also brings the brightest and best who’s proven themselves to her from all her from all her years in the industry. She has a strong loyal network that will benefit WF.
Guessing Saul saved TK. She is now back to supporting Consumer Technology and Generative AI. They were clear to call that out as to not hurt Chinten’s feelings. Saul is the key root cause for TK being here and still staying here. It will be interesting to watch the “butt” kissing from TK’s directs and their 1-downs when Brigit “Bardot” gets here. I wonder if Brigit will be staying at HY where there are no meaningful tech leaders in order to stay close to Chuckles.
