I wonder when it will be Ford's turn to offer this, I would go!

Ford does not offer incentive packages anymore. Unless you get sirp d out for low performance, then they reward you with 9 months pay for enough years . Best logic ever lol.
They do tend to follow the each other when this happens. I'd have to be extremely desperate to go to another automaker if this happened. Industry is absolute garbage right now. Better to find an industry that's outside of it...and one where people aren't driven by fear of things like this. Belive it or not there are industries where you don't have to worry about this sort of thing that much.
many of these stellantis workers have become expert in playing pickle ball and jogging.... excellent performance reviews
ford should hire these excellent workers from Stellantis
I would take it and run. Unfortunately, I believe Ford can't afford any more cuts.
Can't say that I wouldn't consider it if offered...of course if offered then that essentially means they expect you to take it or leave without being asked at some point in the future.
Anytime a competitor does voluntaries, Ford does involuntaries. It's a pattern.
13 is my lucky number.
Great offer.
Ford should grow some ba--s ⚽️ ⚽️ and offer the same severance packages 13 months Farley!
Voluntary 13 months severance. Wow!
Ford kicked you to the curb and provided up to 9 months severance not to sue.
