Yeah, most of them quit, and we won’t pay enough for real seniors.
Besides that, people like you convinced Stankey it was a good idea to lay them off based on zip code - so we lost tons that way too.

Most of the real talented devs/technical folk here are looking for their exit and RTO made most of them quiet quit.

So I mean, sure we hired them, but then mismanagement made most of them quit, fired them, or lowered morale so much they aren’t productive…so here we are.

You have to train yourself for new skills because T stopped doing that many years ago. You have to be your own advocate while employed here. Nobody is going to take you by the hand and guide you through the channels. It’s solely on your shoulders, nobody else’s!
