CS describes leadership style in podcast

There’s a few podcast on his Shart corner section. In one, they ask him to describe his leadership style in 3 words. He said; Open, Highly ethical, and partnership

Are you kidding me?
Think he left out: cut throat, offshore, uncommunicative

There is no magic mirror. Just the portrait of Dorian Grey. In the attic.

He was just as bad at BNYM . His magic mirror on the wall must be broken and lying to him. He actually thinks he learned something from Dimon? If so why did BNYM hate him like we do?
He isn’t smart enough to learn to tie his shoe.

He’s truly a delusional narcissist. He sees himself in a completely different light than reality. It’s very odd , shows how he’s had everything handed to him on a silver plate and spoon his whole life. He describes his childhood, how his dad friend got his resume to top of list to be interviewed by dimon, etc. Guy looks at us as peasants

CS should really read the posts on this board. Can someone email him the link?

doesn't matter one bit.

it only matters what the board and the shareholders think.

Yeah, it’s totally not candor and should probably go up against the board for what he’s doing to tank his bank!

The 2 podcasts are worth a listen. The guy truly thinks of himself as a good leader. He has no idea. Also says stuff like highly ethical and honest. Surely, we know the people who say that about themselves are the ones to worry about. Actions speak louder than words ….

Why do I picture him as the kid who got shoved in a locker and beat up for his lunch money???

The only leadership this man has ever embodied is leading people to want to leave. If it was possible to have a negative amount of vision, he'd be the guy. And communication? He's gone silent for months at a time, usually prior to the larger waves of layoffs. He constantly attacks his workers, and worse he talks about them like he cares while he's stabbing them in the back. If he was just a militant capitalist, I'd have some begrudging respect for him, but he's a habitual liar and never communicates anything of value to employees. In a town hall a concerned employee asked him about the location strategy and he had the nerve to pretend he'd never heard of it. He sends him plebes to fire thousands of people, under threat of being downsized themselves, under the guise that they are sitting in the wrong building--even though he told them what building to report to, and he denies any request to self-move to an allegedly kosher location to avoid the layoff. He's the worst kind of forked tongued over priced corporate hack. No one respects him. There might be a few who kiss his A because they want favors from him, and there's a few worthless sycophants (looking at you SP, you evil little S) who do his bidding with all the fervor of a cultist Kool aid drinker, but everyone else in the company knows this guy is useless. No leadership, no vision, no technical competence, communication that is nothing but a series of preposterous lies. He's the worst banking executive in the country, and that's saying something.

A psychopath would describe their behavior the way Scharf describes his.

Incredible. In the 2nd podcast they ask him about what he learned from Dimon. He went on to talk about management and leadership. What he described as what leadership looks like and how he wants to be known as a good leader over manager is nuts. Guy is not in tune with reality. He’s actually the opposite. He is a good manager , but is not anywhere close to a good leader. What planet is Shart on
