Some sites no longer have enough seats for as--s that are assigned to that site. RIF gonna make us fit!
This site has become 50% trolling, 49% people panicking, and 1% people with useful information. Hard to figure out which is which though
these comments aren't real
Only recently Intel spent money to convert thousands of personal cubicles into hybrid workspaces to support remote workers. RTO would mean additional spending to convert it all back, which makes no sense! I think RTO remarks are not valid.
So many millennials whining at this company about everything and thinking they all should get paid twice as much as they are even though they spend most of the day running their rugrats around and doing like 2 hours work a day while us older dedicated folks do all their work. Oh and the constant complaining vs working on the problem.....Good riddance.
No way! This company is way too big to mandate a RTO. Plus there are so many teams that were hired as fully remote employees.
At most there will be a strong emphasis on hybrid if there’s an office near you. For the most part, this decision will be left to the team leads
So d-mb
Unfair right
You people were working from home? Man, what's life like outside the fab?
I firmly believe this is a great idea
I’m not convinced tho is a bad thing. Will probably weed out the people that do nothing all day
About time! Finally my manager will actually show up to work and not disappear halfway through the day to take his pampered kids to soccer practice while "working" from home.
