There will be a 47 step process full of acronyms and committees. You’ll need to complete 40 pages of forms and jump through hoops to work your way thought the Intel-o-cracy.

Ugh hope it doesn’t drag for months. But knowing Intel - even layoffs won’t be efficient
It's going to be the same song and dance: Strong headwinds in the industry. Sorry to announce more layoffs.
The part they leave out: We were just discussing how sad this all is at the country club over champagne and caviar before going to church and shopping for another estate and a few more luxury cars.
The sting could be really painful all at once, but those left in the wake could then work through it together… instead it will be done in agonizing phases of fear, apathy, distrust… aka the Intel way.
It will takes months just like last time and they will still sc--w it up
The last step should to do a Musk and gut the entire HR organization and rebuild for excellence.
During the call they will announce layoffs and call it layflation
