Window closed, clock ticking.

Anyone with HR friends hear what the take rate was now that it’s final?

I don't know what the original goal was, but they got about 14%.
Bottom line is, whether or not they achieved their goal, there will still be RIFs

heard from senior manager there has been a strict direction from upper management , all should be gone from books by September. They are not even considering extension to December. So chances of rejection is super slim.

Already onboarded contractors to our team , supposedly replacements are in.

What is shocking is how many Band 6 and below will be backfilled. This program was really focused at offloading tenured Band 5s and above. You will likely see more announcements at the VP/SVP level in the coming weeks.

Have your resume updated. If you survive another year, play lotto you are lucky. Don’t think skill will save you.

Let's face it...

No one here knows the real numbers.
Some groups hit their numbers, others did not.
Riffs are a fact of VZ life.... be prepared.

They only got to 50% of their target. Wanted 10 k , got less than 5 k.

Wonder if they will look at seniority and age before they reject. I thought the goal was 15%.

Be interesting to see what the rejection rate is. I'm going to say 2% will be rejected.
