You were always told what to think and like it which is why Intel is in this state failure after failure after failure. At some point you can’t be that stupid.
They always change the format on the day of the meeting.
They always close the question form the day before and switch to the “during the meeting” form. You can still see the old comment/questions on askintel
I bet life is going to change for those who survive the layoffs. No more disagree and commit. It will be commit or leave. You will be told what to think and like it. If they get hard core the company might turn around.
