I know OP got San Fran and Sioux Falls confused. Having said that, Sioux Falls people are hard-working, salt of the earth people, and it would be nice to have a headquarters where decent people live for once. No, I don't live there but have dealt with many over the years.
Multiple Taco John's in Sioux Falls. Best potato oles in the whole country! They also have a Starbucks.
Is there a Taco John's in Sioux Falls?
I love Taco John's.
Better than SF CA, where you wonder through a homeless encampment, step in a pile of S, and have to go a block out of your way to avoid the lines where dr-ggies get their fix from the city.
SF SoDak would be great. At lunch time you can trot down to the meat packing plant and eat pork.
so interesting to look at the legal vs actual executive center. wells fargo and co is a delaware company which lists its principal place of business as san francisco. wells fargo bank is a south dakota legal entity which is a subsidiary of wells fargo and co. while this defines the legal conditions
under which the company operates, it really has nothing to do anymore with the headquarters where executive decisions are made. there are no execs of any real stature in sf and the traditional 420 montgomery exexutive 12lth floor has been effectively abandoned. all executives that matter are in new york hudson yards or orbit around that center of the universe
It’s only a PO Box. Much cheaper to be incorporated in SD and DE. These states also are very tax friendly to Trusts. No other reason to be in SD.
SF = Sioux Falls not San Francisco.
Tell me you didn’t read the article without telling me you didn’t read the article.
You need to have a certain number of piles of fe--s and hypodermic needles strewn about your public streets in order to qualify to be a WF hub. Sioux Falls doesn't meet that requirement.
Serious answer: the only hubs Shart wants is Hudson Yards and I&P. Everything else will close.
What? Are you really comparing San Francisco to Sioux Falls?
