Assuming one quits in mid Jan 2025, when would the 2024 bonus be paid? Also I assume the full bonus would be paid. Anyone with experience or confirmed knowledge on this?

Not sure what’s with all these trolls and misinformation, but I knew someone who took another job offer mid January and still got their full bonus in March.
If you quit, you don’t get sh#%.
No bonus if you quit.
You get stock options at 40 a share.
Layoff in Jan = bonus % times Amount earned YTD
Quit in Jan = bupkiss
If you're laid off, then... Or partial year before, you'll get the bonus, prorated. If not, and you quit, normal paycheck, so no money, no bonus, bye bye.
Assuming a bonus is awarded and that you're management, it would follow the same timeline as if you were still here which is in March.
