Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

What happened to all the unionizing?

There was good momentum with branches unionizing for a bit.

And then you completely stopped hearing about it.

What happened?

So far nobody has provided what this unionizing will do. Seems the only reason is spite.

There unionizing like crazy! Wells Fargo just doesn’t want to talk about it. He doesn’t want you to know you have rights. 17 branches unionized! Wow that says a lot about Charlie’s leadership. He needs to resign!! The employees are treated like throwaways. Unionizing the financial banks is common in other countries. So why no here?

You're correct there was good momentum then they started shipping those jobs to India so Americans got wise and decided it was best to keep quiet with their heads down and be professionally and personally disrespected every day but at least they get to have a paycheck.

If you want you and your department to get sent over to India then let your voice and name be known with union talks and India will get all of your business.

The goal is to force Charlie out since under his watch the asset cap and consent decrees remain. The unions are simply an indicator that he has failed employees. During a townhall Charlie should be asked to resign. Then, there should be breakup of the firm, including the bank and brokerage.

Wells Fargo now has over 17 branches unionized since January with two more elections coming up in August with one of them taking place in Chicago. The Committee for Better Banks.org have all the latest unionization information. If anyone is interested in unionizing their department or Branch contact them or sign up for one of their classes. It’s that easy
