Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Same package for both VSP and ISP?

Do we know if the packages are the same for VSP and ISP? I could not find a mention anywhere.

At least in the US, the packages are identical. Only timing is different (9/30 VSP exit date vs 11/15 ISP)

I’m on leave-Any mention of APB for those that leave. If there is any APB, that is. What about the stock grant that vests in December from our paycut?

It's actually 4 weeks + 9 weeks + 1.5 weeks for each year at Intel.

This is for US.

Both VSP and ISP.
You also get a full year Cobra premium paid by Intel.

Please mention location also when you mention package details. They vary by county.

The VSP and ISP packages are identical, it is just a difference in timing (and choice). Both packages are, at a high level, 9 weeks + 1 week per year of service. Other ancillary benefits are also identical.

Normally, from what I’ve seen the VSP is more generous than the ISP. It’s to notice people to leave early.
