Moving the earnings date is looking like outright insider trading. A number of execs and board members had planned sales on 7/30. The stock closed at about $30.11 that day. Earnings should have been on 7/25/2024, but was mysteriously pushed to 8/1/2024… convenient for each of those selling ~3600 shares. Saved them ~$25,000 a piece with that subtle shenanigan. Tell me this isn’t fraudulent!?

THEY ARE A PART OF IT.
Find out who funds their campaigns.
They probably also sit on the board.

The CHIPS welfare handouts won’t stop no matter how much Intel falters. In fact, the company failing will only induce Congress to crank up the money faucet, citing ‘national security’ and other excuses to prop up an industrial company.

If you care purely about the company’s survival, that’s a good thing. If you care about it being a dynamic market leader, not so much. Company is slowly being Boeing-ized.
