Leadership needs to look hard at the grade 10 and 11 individual contributors, product owners, in these groups that do little to help out IDM dreams. Are they necessarily they have high salaries and don’t contribute to our bottom line.

I hadn't heard of serplus for G10 and higher until this post. Look at the list of things they can't change once they enroll. Lol, I hope everyone of these blow hard ba$t@$ds went 60% salary and 75% on bonuses from the day they were eligible. Intel could easily have bankruptcy in its future and these unsecured accounts would be lost.

You know what I wonder about those grades, they probably have big amounts in SERP+ and you are warned at the git-go that money could vanish if the company falls on really bad times. Well I’d say these are really bad times. Can you imagine sticking you bonuses in there for a decade and now it could vanish?
