If you are on short term disability leave, are you safe from lay off? Or maternity leave?

You are not safe. Maternity leave, medical leave doesn’t matter.
No. I looked into this for CPMv1, people on leave were still on the chopping block. They just get notified when they return. If it’s anything like ACT it might move you up the priority list. Remember back then, anyone who got lower stock levels because they were on sabbatical that year got ki-led.
Not safe at all, Nike just whacked a bunch of people of maternity leave.
Will they send the Cpm to everyone or people that they chose?
