AT&T has far too many people with huge egos and no real value. All of them are at different levels of management. If we could get rid of them, we'd solve so many of our problems. Unfortunately, they stick together and protect each other, so that's not happening any time soon.

My managers claim to fame was that he was over the GCSC...at the time when most accounts weren't even using the GCSC cause it was so bad.
I totally agree. Let’s also expand your ego wand to the union side of the fence as well. Could take out 90% of those union slugs at the same time. Just sayin….
