I am in risk. I polled my team and almost all staff on the overall team including my peers.
There is not a single person trying to stay. Everyone is trying to leave.

Literally everyone is trying to leave unless you're not qualified for your current role. The unqualified appear to enjoying collecting checks.

I once asked for opinion from someone on H1 visa, she reported it to my manager.
The copy and paste crowd in Risk replied, “chill dude me’s making some good coin, and my boss loves my reports” bonus ca-ching.
So agreed, most my team wants to move on too. And no i don't have an official poll just my risk homies.
Seriously, if you are in Risk don’t get between a mid-level manager and their block of corporate cheese, they’re wounded and will bite back.
A better framing of this question could be… why would any functional person want to stay?
Really? You polled everyone? Isn’t that an HR no no and you could be accused of creating a hostile environment.

I'm confused. Is "literally everyone" looking to leave or are unqualified people are looking to stay? It can't be both. Unless there are no unqualified people, I suppose, but in that case why mention them at all?

In risk as well and can confirm. The head of risk and controls is evil. Gives me the creeps every time I see them. The eyes look like a dead fish, but super scary at the same time. Reminds me of Elizabeth Holmes, the blood test scammer lady.
