I really want to leave this sick place, I just don’t know where to go. I’ve been trying to find another job for a while. Level of my skills and the extent of exp is now an obstacle, not an advantage. Nobody wants to pay skilled and competent employees. Job mkt looks really bad, outlook is even worse. I’m afraid everything will just get much worse from here.

If you're interested in a job and tired of yours, Chick-fil-A and a few other fast food chains are hiring. But, McDonald's missed earnings so it's a clear sign to investors that the market is slowing. So, go ahead and quit and apply.
I’m kind of glad that they never gave me a big raise and I’m just at average and never get a bonus so I got my finance totally figured out. I feel bad for others who have like maybe a cabin or car payments! Or, high mortgage or rent.
I’m actually thankful that they didn’t raise my pay because I know what I’m doing right now.
I can make it every month but I know others can’t because they totally stressed out there salary! 😢
The job market depends on where you are, what wage you will accept and such. Overall, at least in my area, I see a lot of places that are hiring.
You missed a golden opportunity to say "this is just the shart of the sh-tshow".
I think we're close to peak sh1tshow. Tye job market though will only get worse.
The only thing I see getting worse at Wells will be no merits and bad bonuses (think 2008 era).
