" In other words they are still trying to figure out how to put a positive spin on it"

I can't wait to see a positive spin on my free form comment (and I know MANY others made a similar one)...which was calling for new executive leadership, as the current group lost the trust of the employee a long time ago, and created a toxic environment that cannot be fixed while they are still here.

Tough to spin. Hence the delay I guess.

“ Keep hammering on the survey.

They buried it for a reason, and it is pi$$ing him off to no end that everyone keeps asking about it”

“ Ih great. It's lower management pretends they're not cowards and will ask tough questions season.”
The office workers have no protections and are smart enough not to ask questions that will cause harm to them. Yes we are wage slaves.

The HR person on the earnings call took this question- she said they are still ‘going through it’ , inferring strongly they have a a lot of work to do on the culture.
In other words they are still trying to figure out how to put a positive spin on it and announce plans to change it which they can then ignore 6 months from now.

When is the annual employee survey coming out? We had already completed it by this time last year.

Ask him if he’s ever held one in his mouth as long as he wanted.

On Feb 26 Mr. Stankey sent an email urging all management employees to complete an Organizational Health Index (OHI) survey administered by a 3rd party company. He stated in the email: "Following the survey, results will be shared so that we can create informed plans and take demonstrative actions towards accelerating our culture transformation".

Why have no results from this survey been shared?

Will C Suite suits stop using corporate jets to attend self serving events like The Masters and Olympics?

How is our culture REALLY doing based on the survey? Are employees engaged and satisfied?
If not, why ?

Anytime Zee is asked about layoffs he just says ‘listen team; we have to right size the business’. So follow up with ‘does the C Suite understand that there are two “right sizes”. One is the number of employees to effectively do the work. The other is the much lower number you are driving us towards to make up for the horrible amount of debt you caused’

Does not matter if you present these $hits with tough questions - the moderator will never ask them!
