Level 1 managers need to be paid overtime after 40.
Mgmt employee here - been working 50+ hours per week most of my career (by choice) but very very rarely Saturday or Sunday. Wouldn’t want this to be mandatory.
48hr work week as new normal? No thank you. Glad to be union mobility. We bust our as--s enough on call.
