Has anybody even seen an eipp for craft yet.
If so, what’s in and where are you from?
I’ll probably train my replacement, no big deal. People trained me when I was hired, so I’ll be happy to train the new guys. Just as soon as I get that EIPP.
I love how guys on here think that once they are gonna , the company can’t go on.
It all comes to a halt if there’s no techs. So of course they’re hiring them BEFORE anyone leaves.
Out with the old , in with the new!
I wish I could say you were right but they’re actually bargained positions hiring ahead of EISP.
R-1043839 Outside Plant Technician in Altoona, PA. They don’t even wait for you to leave before hiring your replacements.
At least management has to be off payroll before they can even get a requisition to hire.
Y’all’s replacements will be sitting in seats that are still warm.
That's what they think of management all easily replaceable why because you don't have something called Collective Bargaining. Try again I heard walmart and home depot hires old useless farts.
