Would you trust the EEOC to conduct a complete and fair investigation of a workplace discrimination complaint?

White male here. I filed an EEOC complaint and the they refused the complaint stating White Males cannot be discriminated against. Just blacks and women.

When you file an EEOC complaint, it is forwarded to ATT Legal by the government, where a special team manages the company's response. The L2 assigned then contacts all individuals (named individuals in the complaint) and their managers with a request for extensive documentation based on questions they provide; after this review, they follow up with interviews. Documentation can range from personnel records of all associated employees (and NPWs), manager notes, etc. Interviews can include others who may have been in meetings with the complainant or were in a position to observe behaviors. The process is very objective. After Legal's analysis, they present their findings to the L3 and L4 to determine the company's response. In all cases, individuals contacted are bound by Non disclosure not to discuss the investigation to anyone, including their manager. If anyone is contacted about the case, they are told to report it immediately. All protections designed to keep the investigation objective. What discussions and resolution happen afterwards are never shared and the person(s) who are subject to the complaint are not advised of the resolution (unless they are transferred or termed). No manager wants to be involved in a complaint - tons of documentation to prepare within 10 days.

Get over yourself. No one discriminated against you.

The fact that you said the incident needs to be investigated says it all. What do you think they’re going to do? Come to ATT like cops and interview people?

With many government agencies being we-ponized, the general public is rapidly losing their faith and trust in them. That’s why public agencies need to stay apolitical and unbiased to serve all.
