She said she wanted to spend more time with family. I wonder who couldn't stand spending that much time together, her or her family? My wife would never let me retire as she couldn't handle spending that much time around me. :-)
But everyone acting like this is a full time job is hilarious. She's already on the board of directors at several other companies. Many exec's server on multiple boards, including Chuckie. They get paid big bucks to do very little work.
Amazing how stup1d executives at other companies can also be to hire the same cr@p that wrecked our place.

She was hired to cut costs without any PR incidents. Do you realize how many jobs she eliminated without any hiccups? Her job was not to innovate the CX organization but to quietly cut costs
It's simply fascinating that Tyson Foods is checking their DEI box by hiring someone that helped destroy Cisco's business.
I hope she will put them on V2MOM and she will soon have a "Cook with MM" on one of the mainstream US TV stations.
In the end the life is fair, it puts you where you belong, in this case in the kitchen
