Definitely SBG & STO Sr Managers & Directors. I hear rumors CX, Meraki & Sales teams middle management are targeted this LR. I don’t think folks are reading the news, this LR will be much greater than Feb 14 announcement.
It’s going to be painful, rumors it could be 6-8k, to offset acquisitions headcount from Splunk. I hope everything I heard is wrong & exaggerated. 🤞

Who should it be? The people responsible for the mess that the company is in now.
Who will it be? A bunch of ICs that had nothing to do with any of it.
The board needs to remove Chuck and get in someone who is not afraid to hack and slash the company back into shape before it's too late - starting with leadership.
All technologies and products eventually become a commodity, or outright become outdated, and they cease to make money. Which products have become a commodity/outdated - those are the groups that will get chopped/affected. If you are working at Cisco you should know that.
