How will a GM lead a 1000 people department, if he does not have technical knowledge. This is the current case for TD automation. Is there a better example for single point of failure?

lols DCAI has the same issue a la Justin Hotard being there for more than 7 months now after joining this year. His biggest contributions to date are claiming "we are accelerating in the AI data domain" and forcing: RTO and layoffs. Guy has 0 AI experience whatsoever. Not to mention his mixed performance reviews from HP
This is a huge problem all over Intel. People without near zero technical background and never engineer anything. They are in technical leadership. Look at one of the directors of xeon. Communication major but no technical experience
The direct staff, of which 2-3 left in last week or so (prior CPM), would supposedly provide counsel, but has to be super chaotic with all possible personnel/financial variables to consider.
