The blame for this lies squarely on the shoulders of the parasitic leaders who began infecting this company 5 years ago. They have failed in their duties and on so many levels. Most importantly squandering opportunities to grow and evolve the business. Instead they were bogged down in petty squabbles or focused on matters that make no difference. Their failures deeply impact the lives of every employee and their families. There needs to be consequences at that level.

Need more focus on customer satisfaction and product quality and less on pronoun training and enforcement. Go work, go broke should be the company motto these days.
Enough with the Woke nonsense. Be an actual tech company and focus on the core business. Just wish they'd focus on doing the dang job.

I agree with you and hope there is. They make these quarterly cuts and then wonder why employee engagement is so low.
But I don’t expect the ELT to have any sort of introspection or epiphany. It’s going to be business as usual and LRs will continue until morale improves.
