Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

The core problem of Wellsfargo

The management teams of Wellsfargo are deeply corrupt, conspiring to intimidate those who are not within their inner circle. They are long-standing folks who bully newcomers. It has been Wellsfargo culture for decades. To truly reform the company it is imperative to eliminate the entrenched inefficiencies within the management ranks.

Old managers thought WFH was a great idea. The new losers are the ones that forced RTO. So yeah, we're not impressed with your cr-p ideas.

You guys think old mgr is the problem and not the new ones? How about offering leaders here the opportunity to climb and firing the bad one no matter what their tenure.

Signed: a mgr with 3-7 yrs exp here but plenty elsewhere

These are the folks who are the most fearful of AI. Their lack of vision, leadership skills, and integrity will eventually do them in. The smarter banks, such as JPM, are shucking off these so-called "managers". That's why they are going to Wells Fargo for their last pickings.
