The management teams of Wellsfargo are deeply corrupt, conspiring to intimidate those who are not within their inner circle. They are long-standing folks who bully newcomers. It has been Wellsfargo culture for decades. To truly reform the company it is imperative to eliminate the entrenched inefficiencies within the management ranks.
