I have worked with some Sr Lead Data Mgmt analyst and can barely prepare PowerPoint slides, write any excel formula or do data analysis. I just see them to be a low skill PM whose sole job is to schedule a meeting and send notes. Most of these folks serve as manager’s spokesperson. These roles should be removed for lack of contributions aome of them are making.

What is interesting about this offshoring tech handoff is that the I crew gets to see how bad the Wells Fargo code is. They are politely trying to
say "your code su...ks".
The real problem is that aside from the newly minted corporate titles (which is similar at other companies) is that title name need not mean quality of work outputs.
You either talk to a senior lead position worth their salt or you do re-work on something they should’ve gotten right.
Nevertheless do the needful, perform the rework, have candid conversations to get people in shape or let them fall. This is a corporation, not a non-profit.

I have read some posts from Sr Lead Board Trolls who can barely write coherent sentences in English. I see them to be low-skill trolls who should go back to lying on their resume to continue taking American jobs.
